Processing & Production Time

Because all of our gear—including your favorite custom apparel, hoodies, and home goods—is made to order, please allow a few days for production before your item ships out.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Once your items leave the print shop, tracking information will be sent right to your email so you can follow your gear all the way to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We aren't responsible for packages once they are handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped. However, if your package gets genuinely lost in transit or heavily delayed, let us know and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier to track it down
